Mysha is a Corporate Development Associate. She is responsible for evaluating partnerships, financial analysis, and managing the acquisition diligence process. She partners with senior leadership on the M&A strategy.

Prior to joining Clearstead, Mysha worked as an investment banking analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets in their M&A Group where she focused on sell-side transactions. She transitioned to the buy-side when she joined Elevate Women’s Health and played a key role on the Corporate Development team. Mysha holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
